Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead branch performance, including coaching recruiters and meeting KPIs/SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and forecasts; monitor pay/bill rates and cash collection.
