Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years' direct sales experience with proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Meet SLA targets and ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with client teams.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch staff.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
