Job summary

The Adecco Group in Michigan is seeking a Branch Manager to grow new and existing client accounts, lead recruitment strategies, manage branch P&L, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients. You will recruit, develop, and guide a branch team, set business plans and budgets, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and build strong relationships with HR and operations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year supervisory/management experience in sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts while meeting SLAs.
• Lead branch recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Set pay/bill rates and oversee credit references.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Develop knowledge of local economic trends.
