Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Grandville, MI to lead a high-performing team and drive growth for our client accounts. You will develop business plans, manage P&L, and recruit and mentor branch staff to deliver top-tier recruitment services.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, conducting performance reviews, and leading strategic staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to groups.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes plans to grow new and existing client accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control to meet targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to deliver quality service.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Oversee recruitment workflows and attainment of KPIs.
