Job summary

The Adecco Group in Michigan is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans that bring in new clients, grow revenue, and lead a branch team to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will manage P&L, budgets, recruitment strategies, and compliance, while coaching recruiters, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/ management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Builds and executes business plans to win new clients and grow revenue.
• Leads recruitment strategies, branch budget, and P&L management.
• Coaches recruiters and improves processes to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintains strong client relationships and ensures high customer satisfaction.
• On-boards new customers including terms, risk assessment, and pay/bill rate negotiations.
• Drives branch recruitment and local relationships with colleges and workforce centers.
