Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow and retain accounts and win new business.
• Manage branch P&L and cost-control decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch colleagues to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for the branch team.
• Maintain strong client relationships with HR, operations, and procurement.
