Job summary

Responsibilities include managing the branch annual business plan, controlling expenses, and ensuring high-quality client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a healthcare or related setting preferred.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external.
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field) but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Develop and execute the branch’s annual business plan.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, referral partners, payors, and community leaders.
• Oversee HR processes including hiring, orientation, and performance management.
