The role focuses on achieving financial targets, managing HR and operations, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through people leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people.
• BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Flexible with after-hours work as needed.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to achieve financial goals and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and management.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff.
• Manage HR: hiring, orientation, and employee relations.
• Monitor quality systems and manage risks related to compensation and expenses.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Drive sales and marketing, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Ensure excellent client service and strong referral relationships.
• Develop and execute the branch annual business plan.
