Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in HealthCare setting preferred.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel internal and external.
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed.
• BS degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales and service delivery to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community leaders.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; monitor performance.
• Manage HR processes including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and relations.
• Develop and execute the branch's annual business plan and profitability strategies.
