Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Georgia is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Cordele branch, drive sales, ensure service delivery, and meet financial targets. You will lead staff, manage recruitment, and maintain key client relationships to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has supervisory and healthcare-related sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and HR tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff in sales and service delivery to meet targets.
