Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the branch operations, drive sales and service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management of the branch staff, while building strong relationships with key clients and referral sources.

The role requires supervisory and sales experience in healthcare, strong people skills, and the ability to manage after-hours commitments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field) but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to meet financial targets.
• Lead branch sales and service delivery, client satisfaction and retention.
• Recruit and train branch staff; monitor performance.
• Develop and execute annual branch business plan.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and referral partners.
• Manage human resources duties including payroll processing and employment relations.
