Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Operates company or personal vehicle >20% of week with MVR check.
• Experience leading branch, warehouse, and operations teams.

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Oversees staffing levels to meet service and financial needs.
• Develops sales and operations capabilities through training.
• Builds relationships with existing and new customers.
• Drives local market share growth and pursues opportunities.
