Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle with typical usage >20% of the week.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates; provides operational oversight and inventory management.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational needs and develops staff.
• Builds customer relationships with existing and new customers; liaises with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow local market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability; ensures compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
