Job summary

White Cap is hiring an on-site Branch Manager to lead daily operations, manage P&L and inventory, and drive sales growth at the Jacksonville location. The role requires strong leadership, vendor collaboration, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a related field, with experience in staffing, customer relationship development, and operational excellence. This position involves driving EBIT/ROS targets and may require vehicle use.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Operates a company vehicle or a personal vehicle for more than 20% of the work week; MVR checks required.
• Drives customer relationships and ensures service and operational excellence.
• Leads with adherence to policies, processes and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Ensures staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow local market share and opportunities.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintains compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
