White Cap is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local operation, drive profitability, manage inventory and staff, and cultivate key customer relationships. The role involves overseeing service levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience in distribution, strong analytical skills, and a track record of improving operational performance in a busy branch environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle with consistent travel (>20% of the work week) and tolerate an MVR check.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s) and achieve EBIT, ROS, and ROIC goals.
• Safeguards company assets and provides operational oversight and inventory control.
