The position emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and vendor collaboration to maximize profitability. Strong leadership, 7+ years in related roles, and willingness to drive business opportunities are essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage profit and loss and inventory/receivables.
• Ability to staff appropriately to meet service and financial goals.
• Experience in developing customer relationships and coordinating with leadership.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Owns P&L and inventory/accounts receivable for the location(s).
• Safeguards assets and oversees inventory management procedures.
• Maintains staffing levels to meet service and financial goals and uses training programs to develop staff.
• Builds relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures operations adhere to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Typically 7+ years of related experience.
