White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused branch in the United States. You will be responsible for P&L, inventory, and driving profitable growth while delivering outstanding service to contractors and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates. Provides operational oversight and inventory management procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands; develops sales and operations expertise.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaises with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends; develops and executes strategies to grow local market share.
• Works closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations with policies and procedures and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
