White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager. The role oversees profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for the assigned location. You will drive EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals while safeguarding assets and supervising staff.

You will develop sales relationships, manage inventory procedures, and ensure staffing aligns with service and operational needs. Experience in wholesale distribution and strong vendor relations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency optional but beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieves EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals.
• Safeguards company assets and associates.
• Oversees inventory management procedures.
• Ensures staffing levels meet service, financial, and operational needs.
• Develops strategies to grow local market share and pursue opportunities.
