Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must operate a company/personal vehicle and pass an MVR check.
• Experience with branch profitability, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and inventory procedures.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational demands.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow local market share.
• Works closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
