Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Branch Manager to lead on-site operations in Jacksonville, FL, overseeing P&L, inventory, staff, and customer relationships. The role focuses on driving growth, maintaining asset protection, and ensuring service excellence across assigned locations.

The position requires proven leadership in wholesale distribution with compliance and safety at the forefront, plus the ability to engage with vendors and customers to expand market share.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must be able to operate a company or personal vehicle and pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Profit, loss and inventory/receivables oversight for assigned locations.
• Safeguards company assets and provides operational oversight.
• Ensures staffing levels meet service, financial, and operational demands; develops sales and operations expertise.
• Initiates and builds relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends; develops and executes strategies to grow local market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and environmental health and safety responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
