Job summary

Adecco Group in California is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, grow the bottom line, and recruit, train, and develop top talent within the branch. You will manage client relationships, ensure service levels, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.

You’ll establish plans to grow accounts, set pay and bill rates, review performance, and present monthly business reviews to leaders.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle problems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to grow and win new business.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Lead branch team, coach recruiters, and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage branch P&L and implement cost control decisions.
• Develop budgets and revenue/expense forecasts for the branch.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and coordinate with leadership teams.
