Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to build and execute business plans that grow new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and drive the bottom line. You will manage P&L, recruit and develop top talent, and ensure superior service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, negotiating terms, presenting reviews to leadership, and leading a branch team to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with rising responsibilities.
• One year supervisory/management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop client relationships and win back accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls; set pay/bill rates.
• Lead recruiting and develop branch team; coach recruiters.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to directors.
• Ensure KPI and SLA targets; monitor client satisfaction.
