Job summary

Adecco Group in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and execute business plans, drive new client acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and manage P&L while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

This role requires 5+ years in sales leadership, strong people management, and proficiency with MS Office. You will oversee recruiting, training, and branch operations, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to grow and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach, train, and mentor recruiters and branch staff to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecast revenue/expenses.
• Onboard new customers: terms, risk, pay/bill rates, and direct hire processes.
• Lead recruitment activities and develop local relationships with colleges and workforce centers.
