Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to grow and retain client accounts, manage the branch P&L, and develop recruitment strategies. The role emphasizes strong leadership, client service, and performance coaching within a multi-brand global staffing organization.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, set pay/bill rates, and ensure compliance with labor laws while delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed clients.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop forecasts and budgets.
• Lead recruitment strategies and develop local relationships.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk, and pay/bill rates.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance; coach recruiters.
• Facilitate monthly one-on-one and cross-team reviews.
