Adecco Group in California seeks a Branch Manager to grow accounts, recruit top talent, and deliver strong client service. You will design business plans, manage the P&L, and drive recruitment strategies while ensuring SLA targets and client satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and oral communication with all levels of staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients while maximizing fill rate and time to fill.
• Lead branch P&L, budget and cost control; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance and KPIs.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Create branch recruitment strategies and establish local recruiting relationships.
