Job summary

You will drive budgeting, resource allocation, and sales initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage a diverse team across sales, operations, and administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in adopting new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth initiatives by aligning strategic plans with corporate objectives.
• Assess current operations to identify improvements, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
• Direct P&L management and financial controls to drive profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and lead the sales team to exceed targets.
• Enhance customer experience through high-quality service and strong partnerships.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team and plan talent development.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards across branch operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals and report to District Manager.
