Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in Pool & Aquatics distribution industries.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in devising and executing sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Skilled in facilitating the adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Drive branch growth initiatives aligned with corporate objectives to amplify market presence and enhance competitive positioning.
• Maximize operational effectiveness by assessing current branch operations and optimizing processes to elevate productivity and reduce costs.
• Direct P&L management, budgeting, and financial controls to boost profitability and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead sales growth through strategic planning, build strong customer relationships, and guide the sales team to exceed targets.
• Enhance customer experience with customer-centric policies and robust partnerships with key customers.
