Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in building products, roofing, or distribution.
• Proven ability to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP/distribution software and MS Office.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and regulatory requirements.
