Regional Management Corp is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, drive loan growth, and manage the branch P&L. The role focuses on developing the team, building key customer relationships, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, driving branch profitability.
• Exercises independent judgment in decisions affecting employees within policy guidelines.
• Subject matter expert on personal loan products to present solutions to customers.
• Maintains branch operations solvency by managing assets and credit extensions.
• Builds customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Trains staff and delegates duties to maintain efficiency.
• Develops staff in branch operations and company policies.
• Collaborates with Recruiting and District Supervisors on staffing needs.
• Cultivates relationships with local retailers and partners with Account Managers.
• Oversees loan approvals, collections strategies, insurance claims, and cash handling.
