Qualifications

• Must have management experience with decisive, organized leadership and the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in strategic account development with a focus on driving sales through personalized relationship management.
• Adaptive leadership dedicated to driving sales and operational success through hands-on involvement.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• 5+ years of extensive customer service experience (distribution industry preferred).
• Proficiency with modern enterprise technologies and quick adoption.
• Door hardware, locksmith or access control experience preferred.
• Distribution/wholesale knowledge a plus.
• Team-oriented approach to exceed customer expectations and support growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end branch operations and sales initiatives for a 2-3 person team.
• Drive sales growth, customer acquisition and retention through relationship management.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty by delivering high-level customer service.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and vendor representatives to pursue opportunities.
• Ensure inventory control and accurate warehouse fulfillment operations.
