Distribution International is seeking a Branch Ops Manager in the United States to lead daily branch operations, align sales and administration, and drive profitability. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, lean process improvements, and a strong customer focus.

You will manage budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to meet financial and strategic goals. Local travel is expected, with a safety-first culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales and account management within this region, especially with General Contractors and industrial customers.
• Solid understanding of P&L management to achieve business targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all branch operations including sales, administration, and warehouse activities.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and long-range planning to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics and annual branch budgets.
• Recruitment support with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies.
