Job summary

IDN Global, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Minneapolis, MN area. The role oversees all sales, facility, and operational activity at the branch, with a 2-3 person team. Schedule is Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm, in-person, reporting to the Division Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, sales drive, and customer service skills, with experience in distribution and knowledge of hardware or access control preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience with decisive, organized leadership.
• 5+ years of customer service experience (distribution industry preferred).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with door hardware, locksmith or access control preferred.
• Experience in strategic account development to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and customer acquisition at the branch.
• Manage end-to-end branch operations for a 2-3 person team.
• Provide hands-on leadership and staff training.
• Maintain inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Develop partnerships with Outside Sales and vendor reps.
• Deliver excellent customer service and retention.
