You will partner with Retail Leadership and HR to hire, coach, and develop staff, maintain branch operations, and uphold banking policies. This role requires strong leadership and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• Proficiency with branch operations and banking regulations.
