Qualifications

• NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire).
• Three years’ branch management or equivalent experience in banking.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall branch activities to achieve stated objectives.
• Meet and exceed branch goals to progress to the next tier.
• Make regular out-of-bank calls on business prospects.
• Train staff on products and cross-sell effectively.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
• Open bank accounts and explain services and charges.
• Interview loan applicants and extend credit within authority.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and procedures.
• Maintain reports and communications with branch leadership.
• Hire, develop and retain branch staff; lead weekly sales meetings.
