Job summary

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and NMLS certification is required or obtained upon hire. Prior branch management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• NMLS certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Three years of branch management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch activities to meet company objectives and branch goals.
• Interview loan applicants and extend credit within lending authority.
• Open bank accounts and explain services and charges to customers.
• Hire, develop and retain branch staff and lead weekly sales meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote campaigns and maintain lobby appearance
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and security procedures
