Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct overall branch activities to meet objectives and goals.
• Lead staff, recruit, develop and retain branch personnel.
• Engage with customers, open accounts, and cross-sell bank products.
• Interview loan applicants and assist with credit decisions within authority.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and security procedures.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and branch operations.
