Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. in Mount Eaton, OH is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to direct branch operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will set goals, supervise staff, manage lending activities within authority, and ensure profitable, compliant performance.

You will partner with marketing to promote campaigns, train personnel on products, monitor daily reports, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment while controlling costs and staffing levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire).
• Three years experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch activities to achieve overall company objectives and branch goals.
• Lead weekly meetings to review products, sales goals, and profitability.
• Make regular out-of-bank calls to generate new customers and partnerships.
• Train staff on bank products and cross-sell opportunities to customers.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain branch records, reports, and communications with supervisors.
