Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. seeks an experienced Teller Supervisor in Ohio to deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and oversee daily teller operations. The role includes opening/closing accounts, vault balancing, and driving sales through referrals and coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years retail banking experience as a teller or customer contact/sales position.
• Minimum of one year opening new accounts, sales and operations preferred.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team with strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by processing transactions and identifying client needs.
• Open, maintain and close transactions and deposit accounts efficiently.
• Direct daily work of tellers and ensure orderly operations of teller staff and vault.
• Generate referrals and coach tellers on sales and referral techniques.
• Balance vault cash, ATM and branch totals with monthly teller cash audits.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on sales and service operations, and participate in sales campaigns.
