Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of retail banking experience with cash handling.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience is highly preferred.
• Notary credentialing may be required to serve as Notary.

Responsibilities

• Run a teller cash drawer to cover branch staffing needs.
• Sign official checks up to $50,000 and complete overrides.
• Process savings, checking, holiday savings, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Sell money orders and official checks and collect applicable fees.
• Ensure daily teller balances and investigate differences with manager notification.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote teamwork.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with policies.
• Support dual control of vault cash and secure deposits.
• Open/close branch following security procedures; oversee branch operations.
• Meet daily sales referral goals and coach tellers.
• Complete mandatory training including BSA and AML compliance.
• Maintain attendance and complete any other duties as assigned.
