Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience acceptable.
• MIT program completion and applied experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and growth.
• Lead sales goals and monitor results for the team.
• Drive deposit growth and referrals to wealth management services.
