Qualifications

• Must have loan industry management experience or 2-3 years’ management experience in customer service or collections related industries.
• Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance.

• Manage daily office operations.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead, train and mentor Loan Specialists.
• Create a growth-focused culture and drive profitability.
• Evaluate financial statements and support branch profitability.
• Handle difficult customer situations professionally to promote return business.
• Approve, reject or coordinate loan applications.
• Assist with loan processing and collection calls.
