Lendmark Financial Services seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, sales, service and security. You will lead staff, drive new business, manage relationships with customers and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, approving loans within limits, training and performance reviews, while promoting a service-driven sales culture and achieving branch goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of consumer finance or related management experience.
• Effective communication, organizational and sales skills.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills.
• Proficient with lending software and MS Office applications (Windows, Excel, Word).

Aufgaben

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals related to profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expenses.
• Actively pursue business development relationships within the community and meet sales goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and delegations for branch staff.
• Ensure high quality client service and assist clients with solution implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
