Qualifications

• Experience managing loan operations or similar customer service/collections roles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loan office operations.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor and train Loan Specialists.
• Drive branch growth via community networking.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability.
• Approve or coordinate loan applications.
• Assist with loan processing and collections calls.
• Tax preparation (may vary by location).
• Plan and develop branch growth by networking locally.
• Work with team to achieve branch goals.
