Sun Loan Company seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and drive profitability in our Rolla, MO location. You will manage loan applications, ensure policy compliance, and build strong community relationships to promote business growth.

The role requires leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to train and motivate Loan Specialists while managing performance and schedules.

Qualifications

• Loan industry management experience strongly preferred, or 2-3 years’ prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industries
• Must have a valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance
• Some local travel may be required for team meetings (up to 5%)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Be a leader and mentor and accountable for training and development Loan Specialists
• Create a culture that encourages growth, learning and success
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
• Establishes performance goals
• Professionally handle adverse customer situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return business
• Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications
• Assist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collections calls
• Tax preparation (may vary by location)
• Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses
• Work closely with team members to achieve branch goals
