Qualifications

• Loan industry management experience strongly preferred, or 2-3 years’ prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industries
• Must have a valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance
• Some local travel may be required for team meetings (up to 5%)

The role also includes conducting performance evaluations, scheduling staffing efficiently, and promoting the organization through community engagement. Hours:

• Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
• Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
• Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (Nov - March 2025). Rotational based on the needs of the business.
• Some overtime may be required.
• No Sundays!
