Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience with coaching to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking
• Proven record of meeting sales goals in a profit and loss environment
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated through customer surveys
• Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations
• Must comply with SAFE Act background checks and obtain NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance, sales growth and customer experience
• Inspire and coach colleagues to achieve individual and branch goals
• Direct all colleague and sales activities to meet targets
• Develop a diverse talent pipeline and prioritize coaching and development
