Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing to drive sales and service.
• 4 years sales management in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven record of meeting sales and branch goals in a P&L environment.
• Drive exceptional customer experience validated by surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to exceed customer expectations and goals.
• Drive branch performance, sales growth, and customer experience.
• Coach and develop colleagues with coaching plans.
• Translate business priorities into action and empower staff.
• Represent Citizens as brand ambassador in local community.
• Direct all colleague and sales activities to meet targets.
• Collaborate with digital channels to promote online/mobile banking.
