Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager in California to grow and retain client accounts, manage branch P&L, and lead recruitment and operations. You will build business plans, ensure client SLAs, and drive performance across the branch while delivering superior service to candidates and clients.

The role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and people leadership to achieve revenue targets and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally at all levels.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of branch staff.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers with terms, risk assessment, and fee negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with notices and licenses; handle collections and KPI reviews.
