Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager in California to drive growth by expanding new and existing client relationships, while managing P&L and recruiting top talent for the branch. You will lead service delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and align staffing with client needs.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with HR and operations to maximize fill rates and customer success. A strong sales background and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, across levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets, ensuring cost control and KPIs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and lead branch talent development.
• Establish and monitor client requirements, SLAs, and service quality.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and client contacts.
