Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in California to drive growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. You will manage P&L, budgets, and staff development while ensuring top-tier service to both clients and candidates.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or staffing, with at least 1 year in supervision. You will lead recruiting and performance reviews, partner with HR and operations, and uphold service excellence across the branch.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service environment.

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client relationships, and meet SLA targets.
